This is a nicely made wooden peg which conforms to the size regulations. There is a removable wooden extension for clips - when your ball is for peg, that's where you put your clip. BEWARE a lot of pegs on the market don't include an extension or even a hole for the purpose. A real benefit for clubs is that the coloured sections are separated by a machined rebate which would make repainting very easy. In all other respects it is just a peg!
